Here are some articles for you to discover the subject in greater detail. There is a section known as "Your Life" which provides help to those who are considering what they would like their life to be.

Your life is important. How you treat yourself and your dreams will have a profound effect on your happiness and the happiness of those around you.


In this section we have tools to help you examine and improve every aspect of your life.  The areas we present are very broad and so may not be comprehensive but we believe they should encourage you to explore everything.


Using these tools is no substitute for one on one coaching. If you are looking for some help because you feel depressed we urge you to see professional medical help first. Life coaching is not counselling and is not appropriate for many of those who are clinically depressed. If you have days when you feel "down" then Life Coaching can help. In the main Life Coaching is a way to offer people a chance to examine every aspect of life and improve it. We usually build from a foundation where you are relatively healthy and happy but understand that life is not all that is could/should be.

    Most of us will spend the vast majority of our lives working. If your work makes you miserable then you will be miserable most of your life. Take stock of what is important and think through what you could do with your life. Unless you are already retired it is never to late to change.

    How we look after our finances is important. Even if you feel you don't have enough material things to bother thinking about them it is important that we do.

    Like it or not while we are on theis earth we have to live in a body. How we treat our bodies is important to our health and general well being.
