I get a real buzz from helping people talk through their lives so they find and make the changes they want to and achieve the best life they could imagine. Much life coaching can be effective by telephone and I offer an initial complimentary session. I find these sessions help build rapport, demonstrate the coaching process and start people thinking about the challenges they want to tackle. I also offer coaching and facilitation to teams, business and other organisaions. I have worked with churches to achieve strategic breakthrough and manage changes. As an ordained priest I can also offer a christian and spiritual dimension in my coaching. Confidentiality is assured.
