Do you struggle to find the motivation to change? Coaching is about working out what is important to you, setting goals and then working out together how you will reach those goals. It’s about an agenda which is entirely your own. The relationship between coach and client is very powerful and can enable you to dream bigger, make bigger goals and move faster towards those goals. I am a life coach working in Birmingham, but able to coach over the phone and Skype all over the country - and world! I trained with the Coach Training Institute (CTI) (see link on side), one of the first training schools to be accredited by the International Coach Federation.
